Objective

To accurately provide Org Name, Org ID, and/or Org Key details to Support

Resolution

How to locate the org name:

The org name is in domain format and is used to name a CBC instance. Once logged in, the org name can be found on the top left of the console and on the top right next to the username of the logged-in user in the format below:

User Name (orgname.com)

How to locate the org ID:

The org ID number is an all numeric ID number which is connected to a CBC instance.

How to locate the org key:

The org key is an alphanumeric key which can be used to identify a CBC instance

Additional Notes

• Both the org key and orgID numbers can be found in the same locations
• "Org" does not correlate to the name of an organisation or company. Support uses this abbreviation to refer to CBC product instances.
