Objective
How to request that a customer's org is unlinked from a Partner org on Carbon Black Cloud backend after being in a service agreement with a customer of VMware Carbon Black.
Resolution
The request must be submitted by the customer and not the partner |
The customer should open a Support case with the
form filled out and signed.
Additional Notes
- Request must be submitted by the customer and not the partner.
- Both "wet" (print > sign > scan/photograph) and electronic signatures are accepted.
- It may take several days for VMware Carbon Black to verify and fulfill the request.
- This process does not apply to Supporting Partners, to remove a supporting partner please contact the account team.
