Objective
Explain how to view user roles
Resolution
- Go to Settings > Roles
- Select desired role to view details
Additional Notes
Information on the Roles page
- Columns
- Role: name of the role, cannot be modified after creation
- Description: explanation of role and/or intended use
- Last Modified: date and time of most recent change to granted permissions
- Actions: option to duplicate/copy a role to customize permissions
- Expand the Role (by clicking the chevron) to view the list of granted permissions and categories
