What does the SwUpgradeState=1 within the cfg.ini file represent?

Answer

The SwUpgradeState=1 means that a successful upgrade happened at one point in the past.

Additional Notes

  • This is not a trigger or indicates a future upgrade will happen
  • Upgrades are driven by hints from cloud side, and that is dictated by an upgrade job.
