- MicroSurvey FieldGenius 10
Symptoms
- FieldGenius opens but is unable to load procjects inside application
- When opening a project Field genius shows blank window
- Placing sensor in bypass resolves issue
Cause
- FieldGenius.exe hangs when loading C:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319\clr.dll.
- Stack trace shows the thread is suspended trying to release a pushlock
Resolution
Engineering pursuing fix in DSEN-11006
