Symptoms
- Mac endpoint is off premise (not on corporate network)
- Meets all sensor group criteria but does not auto assign to sensor group
Cause
Mac sensors installed off premise not receiving meta data as expected
Resolution
- Currently under review by engineering in DSEN-11459
Additional Notes
Workaround:
- Manually assign affected endpoint to policy
