Symptoms
- Device shows no Operating System and Sensor Version data on the Endpoints page
- Device shows as Active on Endpoints Page
- Device has same registration time as Last Check-In
- No Events reported on Investigate Page for Device
- Sensor does not show installed on Device
Cause
Registration of Sensor with backend completed but install failed
Resolution
As the Sensor did not install correctly the installer will need to be ran again.
