Question
When upgrading the sensor package for one or more Endpoints, a "Sensor Update Name" field is required. What does this field do?
Answer
- The Sensor Update Name field is used to identify updates made to endpoints.
- Typical examples may be similar to:
"Patch update June 2023"
or
"Upgrade to address support ticket XXXXXX"
or
"Lab test-June 21, 2023"
- These names are visible in the Sensor Update Status page.
- The names can be used to filter update processes in progress.
