Question

What is the "Sensor Upgrade Status" tab on the Endpoints Page?

Answer

This feature displays the status of console upgrade requests (pending, stopped, completed), the number of sensors requested to upgrade, the number of sensors actually updated, the number of sensors reporting errors, and also allows admins to stop upgrade

Additional Notes

  • As of 08/17/2020, when this feature was enabled, the simultaneous sensor update limit has been increased from 200 to 10,000 devices 
  • If the Updated or Errors sensor count is greater than 500, the hyperlink is disabled, and only the Export option is available under the Actions column. The Export action generates and downloads a csv file with the Updated or Errors count details.
