Carbon Black Cloud: Admin Email Invites Present Blank White Screen when using MimeCast URL Protect

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console - All Versions
• MimeCast URL Protect

Symptoms

• New Admin account added
• Automated Email invitation sent to user to create an Admin account
• When clicking on the link in the email, a blank white page is loaded

Cause

MimeCast's URL Protection is accessing the admin invite URL first, causing the link to expire, as they are one-time use only.
 

Resolution

1. Create a Bypass in MimeCast to Disable URL Protection from filtering on the email domain confer.net:
