When searching for a known Event ID on the Investigate page, the search results return nothing.
Currently unknown and being investigated by Engineering
Engineering is still investigating a fix for the issue, which is being tracked internally under DSER-9144.
No workaround is available at this time. Searching for other details on the event (Hostname and Application for example) should return the proper results.
Once a fix is known and a release date is set for it, this article will be updated to reflect that. Our Release Notes will be updated to include the DSER-9144 in the list of fixes as well.
