Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud Console: All Supported Versions
• Carbon Black Cloud Sensor: All Versions
• Microsoft Windows: All Supported Versions
• Apple Mac OS: All Supported Versions

Objective

To automate the deletion of Uninstalled/Deregistered sensors

Resolution

1. Log into the Carbon Black Cloud Console
2. Click on "Endpoints"
3. Click "Sensor Options" at the top right of the page
4. Click "Sensor settings"
5. Check the box next to "Delete sensors that have been deregistered for" and set the desired time-frame (1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month)
6. Click Save
