• Cb Defense PSC Console: Version .37 (April '18 Release) and above

Question

How to tell if an application has been deleted successfully after marking for deletion?

Answer

• An accurate file deletion status can be found within the "Investigate" Page by searching for the Application name or hash, as well as within the "Applications" Tab and "Selected App" tab. The status will be displayed under the "Deleted" category.

Additional Notes

• At this time there is a current known limitation for the deletion status presented with the "Malware Removal" Page. This status only takes into account that the simple request for deletion has been sent out and not the current progress.
