Is Cb Defense compatible with TreeSize?

No, this is a known interoperability issue between Cb Defense and TreeSize (see Jam Software documentation below)
As a workaround the following API bypass rules should allow TreeSize to run:
C:\Users\*\AppData\Local\Temp\is-*.tmp\**,
C:\Program Files\JAM Software\TreeSize\**
