Cb Response: Error, "No Module Named cb.alliance.token_manager" During Restore

Environment

• Cb Response: 6.2.2 - 6.2.3

Symptoms

• Running the Cb Response configuration restore command in the Cb Response 6.2.2 Server Cluster Management Guide  > page 44 > step 4.e. > "ii. Grab the new server token" produces the following error:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "<string>", in <module> ImportError: No module named cb.alliance.token_manager

Cause

User is running the command found for version 6.2.2 while using version 6.2.3. The restore command has changed between version 6.2.2 and version 6.2.3.

Resolution

The equivalent restore command for version 6.2.3 is:

/usr/share/cb/virtualenv/bin/python -c "from cb.alliance.token_manager import SetupServerToken; SetupServerToken().set_server_token('/etc/cb/server.token')"
