• Cb Response Console: 6.2.4.181112.1308 and Higher

Question

Why am I getting 'insufficient privileges' error in the Console?

Answer

In Cb Response 6.2.4 there was a reconfiguration of the RBAC permissions and additional teams were added. Users will need to be moved into the correct team with the appropriate permissions to view the different pages of the Console.
