Deleted computer still appears in console and cannot be deleted

Deleted computer still appears in console and cannot be deleted

Issue

Deleted disconnected computer still appears on the Bit9 console and cannot be deleted from the Assets page.

 

Symptoms

Disconnected computer has been deleted and it’s still showing on the Bit9 console.

Query to check if disconnected computer has been flagged as deleted on the DAS database: 

select * from hostmain where deleted=1

 

Solution

Upgrade the Bit9 server to 7.0.1.1460 or higher
