EDR: Cbupgrade Migrating Feeds Cannot Connect Error 502

Environment

• EDR Server: 7.8.0

Symptoms

After upgrading EDR to 7.8.0 from 7.6.2 the cbupgrade failed with the error "localhost:8080/solr/cbfeeds/select failed with error <502 - connotconnect>"

Cause

Unknown.  The 'yum update cb-enterprise' worked confirming the correct packages were on the EDR server.

Resolution

Reboot the EDR Linux server and validate the issue is resolved.

Additional Notes

• Similar errors on previous versions required core corruption correction.  Where cbfeeds substituted cbevents.
