EDR: Curl Command Returns 'wrong version number'

Environment

• EDR Server: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

When using a CURL command against the EDR server the error "SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number" returned.  Note this command is ran with the -v switch to enable verbosity:

Cause

Proxy being used has a requirement for a specific SSL version.

Resolution

The proxy can be bypassed by setting it in the terminal, then re-running the CURL command:
