EDR: Is the EDR Sensor Supported on the UEK Kernel?

Environment

  • EDR Linux Sensor: All Supported Versions
  • RHEL: Oracle Unbreakable Linux Kernel

Question

Can we install the EDR agent on Oracle Linux with UEK kernel versions?

Answer

Oracle Linux is supported via RHCK kernel only, not UEK Kernel.

To submit a feature request for UEK kernel support it can be sumitted via this process
