Symptoms
Sensor health message for MAC sensor will have the error message "Unable to determine Compatibility Control status. Endpoint reboot may be required" in the console
Cause
This is a known issue
Resolution
- This issue is fixed in the sensor version 7.1.1
- Please upgrade the sensor version to resolve this issue
