EDR: "Possibly lost xx samples" errors in cbebpf_error.log

Environment

  • EDR Linux Sensor: 6.2.1 and Lower
  • SUSE Linux: All Supported Versions

Symptoms

  • Multiple "Possibly lost xx samples" errors in cbebpf_error.log in sensor diagnostics.
  • A/V exclusions already entered for EDR Sensor.

Cause

Cause is still under investigation at this time.

Resolution

Upgrade to EDR Linux 6.3.0 sensor.
