Symptoms
- A pop up with below message is seen:
Files in Use- Some files that need to be updated are currently in use.
- The upgrade wizard seems to be stuck at 'Validating Install'
Cause
The MSI Restart manager times out, prompting the 'Files in Use' dialog to give user a chance to close apps
Resolution
- This is resolved as of Sensor Versions 3.6.0.2127 & 3.7.0.1253
Additional Notes
Workaround:
Choose the "Ignore" option available in the "Files in Use" pop up
