How can I access support or assistance with Carbon Black Product APIs?
Answer
VMware Carbon Black customers are encouraged to:
- Interact with Developer Relations and other customers using the CB Developer Network space.
- Contact their CSM to see if the Professional Services team is able to assist further
Additional Notes
- The VMware Carbon Black Developer Relations team won't write the API scripts for customer use but may be able to assist with questions.
- Writing API scripts and/or supporting the API functionality for customer written scripts falls outside of the scope of VMware Carbon Black Support
- If a defect with the API functionality is discovered, please open a support case and provide context.
