Managed Detection: How to Add an Email Address via the Console

• CBC Web Console: All Versions
• Managed Detection: Optional Add-on Subscription

Objective

To add an email address to the Managed Detection page via the CBC Web Console

Resolution

1. Log into the CB Defense Web Console.
2. Navigate to Settings > Managed Detection
3. Click "Add Recipient"
4. Input the appropriate email address
5. Select the box for sending alerts, monthly reports, or both.
6. Click "Add"
7. Confirm that the newly added email address appears on the Manage Detection page.
