  • Settings > Users: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA) enabled

    • Google Authenticator

Question

Is it possible to disable or bypass 2FA/MFA for an individual Admin account (like a service account) in the PSC Console?

Answer

No. Two-factor authentication is a global setting and can only be enabled or disabled for an entire Organization and not individual accounts.
