Question

Does the PSC log or notify when max license count is reached?

Answer

Yes. If max license count has been reached, this will be logged in the PSC Console > Settings > Audit Log.
This information is also logged in the confer-temp.log on the device. See Carbon Black Cloud: Sensor Install Suddenly Failing on all Devices for details
