Issue/Symptoms
Error message shows on the Palo Alto Network’s tab on System Configuration: “Palo Alto Connector is not activated.”.
Cause
Missing settings.
Solution
On the Bit9 console, go to Administration > System Configuration. For 7.0.x, click on Palo Alto Network tab. For 7.2.x, go to Connectors tab then click on Palo Alto Network tab.
Check the boxes for Import Threat Log and Import WildFire Log. Then, click the Test button.
