Issue
A valid production license is reporting as evaluation on home page of Bit9 console.
Cause
Anonymous Authentication on IIS is disabled.
Solution
Launch IIS Manager. Expand the site and select "Parity Console Web" Go to IIS field and select "Authentication" Set "Anonymous Authentication" to Enabled. IIS does not need to be reset. A browser refresh will remove the evaluation message.
Important Note(s)
Some customers may have hardening applied to their IIS environment and if they are not permitted to enable anonymous authentication then they will have to ignore the message. This will not impact the functionality of the Bit9 installation.
