7.0.1 (prior to Patch 14)
A template was created using Vsphere, following all the relevant steps that are in Chapter 6 of the "Using Bit9 Security Platform Guide - V7.0.1" document.
When cloning machines off this template they are not showing as the clones of this template in the Bit9 Console.
Checking for "all Cloned computers" of this template (from Assets --> Computers --> Template Computer details), returns an empty or partial list of clones.
This may happen when using VMWare Pools. Depending on the number of pools used, some clones may not register as the clones of this template.
Perform the following to resolve the issue:
Apply the latest 7.0.1 patch (P14 or higher).
In the DAS database execute the following:
exec updateshepherdconfig 'SupportVMWarePools', 'true'
