Issue
When running the patcher for the Bit9 Server, a number of "The system cannot find the path specified" errors appear in the Command Prompt.
Symptoms
"The system cannot find the path specified" errors appear in the Command Prompt when running the Bit9 Security Platform Patch Utility. For example, this will appear in the Command Prompt window that is opened after executing the patcher:
15:31:13.26 Starting Patching: 08/07/2015, 15:31:13:26:
The system cannot find the path specified.
15:31:13.28 Welcome to the Bit9 Security Platform Patch Utility for version 7.2.1 P3
The system cannot find the path specified.
Cause
The locale for the date/time on the system is not set to English (US).
Solution
The errors can be safely ignored, but no logging of the upgrade will occur. The permanent fix requires that you change the locale of the date/time on this machine to English (US).
