- Receive error when adding new user
- "Thank you for registering with the VMware Carbon Black Community. The User Exchange is only available to current Carbon Black customers and partners. Unfortunately, your registration could not be approved at this time as we could not associate your email with an active account. If you think there could be an error on our side, please reply to this email."
Cause
Domain of user email is not associated with any customer or partner account
Resolution
Send email to
CB-uex@vmware.com requesting additional email domain be tied to account
