This document describes how to upload collected diagnostic data to Carbon Black for analysis.
Steps
If a file is smaller than 25MB, please attach it directly to your case and add a case comment letting us know it's there.
If a file is larger than 25MB, please upload the collected data to Cb Vault
Instructions for uploading are listed on the Cb Vault page itself.
Please contact Support with any questions you may have regarding file uploads.
