User Exchange: How to Create an Account

Environment

  • Carbon Black User Exchange: All Versions

Objective

How to set-up an account to access the User Exchange.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the User eXchange login page.
  2. Click the Sign In button.
  3. Click the Register Now button.
  4. Complete the form, then click Register.
  5. Finalize registration by clicking the confirmation link sent to the e-mail address associated with the account.
    Note: Check any Junk/Spam folders or mail filters if the confirmation e-mail has not arrived.

Additional Notes

  • To access Technical Support cases from the private corporate group please contact an administrator within the Company Group or from the User eXchange Admin team at: CB-uex@carbonblack.com
  • When completing the registration form use the corporate email address on-file with Carbon Black.
  • Allow 24 to 48 hours for User eXchange account creation.
