How to set-up an account to access the User Exchange
Resolution
- Navigate to the User eXchange login page.
- Click the "Sign In" button.
- Click the "Register Now" button.
- Complete the registration form.
Additional Notes
- To access Technical Support cases from the private corporate group please contact an administrator within the Company Group or from the User eXchange Admin team at: CB-uex@carbonblack.com
- When completing the registration form use the corporate email address on-file with Carbon Black.
- Allow 24 to 48 hours for User eXchange account creation.
