To report DMARC email receival issues to VMware Carbon Black
Resolution
- Email the CB User eXchange team: cb-uex@vmware.com
- Include in the email:
- Customer name
- Issue
- Entire DMARC error
- The User eXchange team will then try to resolve the issue.
Additional Notes
- The User eXchange team is working on DMARC errors as they occur and appreciates the patience shown on resolving these tickets.
- Email only the User eXchange team for these tickets since VMware Carbon Black Support cannot resolve DMARC email issues.
- If a customer emailed VMware Carbon Black Support for a DMARC issue please close the case and send an email to the User eXchange team.
