Question

What does "Approval has been scheduled" mean after I locally approved a file on the Bit9 Console?

Answer

The word "scheduled" can be misleading. It really means that is has been flagged to be locally approved, so it will be recorded in the database and the change will be sent to the machine's agent to update its cache, so next time it runs, it has the info that it's locally approved for that machine.
