Question

Why is no Workload info available in the Console for a machine with the Carbon Black Cloud Sensor Installed?

Answer

The Sensor was not installed via the Workload appliance Carbon Black plugin in vCenter

Additional Notes

A VM will still show up in the Inventory Page, under the Workload>Enabled Tab, even it is has not been installed via the Workload appliance Carbon Black plugin in vCenter, but it will not show any Workload appliance related information
