Issue:
ZoneAlarm firewall and Parity Agent are co-existing in the same environment.
Symptoms:
Agent cannot communicate with the Parity server.
Endpoint shows up as disconnected from Parity server console, or never shows up at all in console.
Solution:
Check Point's ZoneAlarm firewall needs to be configured to allow the following Parity processes unrestricted access. Exclude the following processes:Parity.exe
Dascli.exe
