What is the deadline for sign up for the free trial? December 22, 2020.
After I sign up, how soon will I get access to the Workload Trial? The Workload Product Trial will be available November 2020. Eligible participants will receive email communications to let them know when the product is launched and how to download.
How long does the free trial last? The trial will be available through April 30, 2021.
Can this offer be credited to future purchases? This free trial is a non-commercial offering. Participating in the trial does not give VMware customers credits, and the free months provided as part of the trial can not be used toward any future commercial purchase of VMware products.
What level of support will I receive during the trial? Participants are encouraged to follow their usual process for contacting the VMware support team as they navigate the onboarding process. Basic support terms apply (Mon-Fri, 8-5PM local time).
Who is eligible? The trial is available for current vSphere (v6.5 or above) customers. Carbon Black customers can also participate in the trial by reaching out to their Carbon Black representative.
Organizations located in an embargoed countryas detailed here, or China or Russia, in addition to any organization subject to sanctions by the United States government, are ineligible for this Trial Offer.
