Missing Enforce Menu and other Options

I set up CB for VMware and everything seems fine. It looked a little light to me, but I assumed it would show me things when I need them.

I have a process that's being blocked, so I went to the Cloud Console, found some directions, and the first things is go to "Enforce" menu. I don't have that menu. I have no dashboard menu.

I am a SuperUser, but am not sure what to do to add the abilty to do anything.

I'm having the same type of issue, but the solution of "moving this to the correct forum" isn't providing me with the guidance I was looking for :(
