Carolyn Urban leads the company’s Technical Support, Professional Services, and Training & Certification functions. She has more than 20 years experience leading customer facing and technical teams within software companies. Before joining Carbon Black, Urban was VP, Worldwide Support for Dynatrace, an application performance management company. She was also VP, Services and Support at Peoplecube, a resource scheduling company. At Centra Software, she managed numerous technical teams, including QA and SaaS Operations, before finishing her time there running the global consulting organization. Carolyn earned her bachelor’s degree from University of Massachusetts, Boston and her MBA from Bentley University.
