Limitations and Requirements for CB Protection

  • Requires installation of gawk, unzip (for upgrades), libicu, libuuid, and gtk2 (if graphical CB Protection Notifier is desired) rpms.
  • Custom kernels are not supported, including Oracle UEK kernels.
  • Support for LSM is required.
  • At least 2Gb of physical memory.

Does the Cb Response Linux Sensor (any version) support the Oracle Linux (OL) 6 (x86_64) UEK Release 2? 

Specific kernel version:  (2.6.39-400.301.1.el6uek.x86_64)
