[Cb Response] Announcing Controlled Distribution of v6.1.7 and v5.2.17 Linux Sensor

Hi All,

We are pleased to announce the availability of sensor v6.1.7 for Controlled Distribution (CD).  This release includes support for RHEL/Cent 6.10, in addition to RPM name changes and bug fixes. We are also announcing the availability of sensor v5.2.17 for Controlled Distribution (CD). This release includes support for RHEL/Cent 6.10.

Controlled Distribution will begin on Thursday, July 19th. For those who are interested in participating, please open a case with Customer Support to request the v6.1.7 or v5.2.17 Response sensor.

Controlled Distribution sensors are available for production use, but have not been widely deployed. It is always recommended that you adopt a phased roll out of these CD sensors in line with your organization's software deployment best practices.
