Over the past couple of months, the team in charge of App Control Threat & Reputation services has been working on migrating server file catalog data required for the service to operate from our current on-premises data center to a new secure cloud-hosted data center shared with Carbon Black Cloud.
Our experienced App Control Threat & Reputation team has migrated all data safely and securely and is now preparing to switch all customers from the legacy data center over to the shared cloud data center.
This migration will begin next Monday, July 17th, and continue for a week until all customers have switched to the new shared data center.
Even though this migration is occurring, there should be NO DISRUPTION to any reputation services. In addition, the previous data center is being used as a backup if there are any issues during the switchover.
