Dear Community,
On the US morning of Friday, November 17th, 2023 there will be updates to some case statuses that you are used to seeing under case management.
For example:
- Working status will be replaced with Pending Support
- Waiting to Verify Fix will be replaced with Pending Verification
- Call Customer will be replaced with Meeting Scheduled
- In Eng will be replaced with Pending Eng
The reason for this change is to clarify the exact state of the case and who has responsibility for next steps.
