"Fixed in Next Rev" Support Case Status Change

"Fixed in Next Rev" Support Case Status Change

Dear Community,

On the evening of Thursday, August 9th of 2018 the "Fixed in Next Rev" case status will be relabeled as "Fixed in Future Version".

This particular status is used for cases where the issue is confirmed to be a defect that is getting addressed in a future version of the product. It's often the next version, but not always since some defects are discovered later in the release cycle or take longer to fix due to complexity or dependences.

The reason for this change is simply to clarify the wording. There are no changes to the workflow.

If you have unsolved cases in "Fixed in Future Version" status and want to find out more about the timing of the fix, please follow up with us via the case.

Thank you.
