App Control: How to Configure Default Application Pool

Environment

  • App Control Server (formerly CB Protection): All Supported Versions
  • Microsoft Windows Server: All Supported Versions

Objective

Confirm the DefaultAppPool using the steps below

Resolution

  1. Open IIS Manager
  2. Select the Application Pools under the Server Name
  3. DefaultAppPool should be used with App Control

Additional Notes

Custom Application Pools for App Control are not supported
