Objective

To remove Deregistered/Uninstalled Sensors so they no longer show up on the Enrollment/Sensor Management page

Resolution

  1. Log into the Carbon Black Cloud Console
  2. Click onto "Endpoints"
  3. Filter for status "deregistered"
  4. Select the sensors to delete
  5. Click Take Action and then click Delete Deregistered Devices
  6. Confirm the deletion

Additional Notes

Uninstalling or Deregistering a sensor changes the status to Deregistered, but the sensor will still show up on the Enrollment/Sensor Management page depending on the Status selected. To keep records as clean as possible use the steps above to manually or automatically delete sensors.
