Question

What reputation should a hash have to be included on the Malware Removal page?

Answer

The Detected tab under the Malware Removal page will only include hashes of the reputation Known_Malware.

Additional Notes

• Hashes labeled as Suspect_Malware, Heuristic_Malware, PUP, and others are not shown on this page unless the hashes have been categorized as Known_Malware at some point.
• Hashes added to company approve / ban lists will not appear even if the file is malware as they are tagged differently
