Issue

The following events are showing in the Bit9 console:

 

"Queue and Memory Report appears deadlocked, causing Queue and Memory Report to have 2214 trigger collisions. "

 

Symptoms

  • The events are showing frequently in the console
  • Most or all of the computers are not communicating with the Bit9 server

 

Cause

The queue and memory report is an internal report that is written to the Bit9 server log.

The Bit9 server service is in a state where it cannot function normally.

This results in the symptoms listed above.

 

Solution

Restart the Bit9 Server and Reporter services

OR

Reboot the Bit9 server machine
